Once you have a cut ready to share, upload a 1920x1080 ProRes LT reference video to the Frame.io project link provided to you via email. Once the video has uploaded, share and copy a review link to our Preview Review Sheet. If you are at a V2 or V3 that is close to being locked, post your Billboard Template Safety Check export on this sheet as well. We conduct our reviews daily at 3:00pm. If you miss the 3:00pm deadline, please post the link to the following day. (Please note the 3:00pm reviews was the protocol prior to COVID where reviews were done as a team in person, please confirm with your Netflix partners when you need to deliver edit versions for review for each title you are assigned). Edit notes will be posted in a comment thread on the shared Frame.io review link. Please look out for update emails from Frame.io for the most up-to-date notes and approval status. If you have any questions on a particular note or would like to defend a creative choice, do not hesitate to reply to the comment on the Frame.io thread or in an email. While waiting for notes, notify us for your next title. Once your title has been approved, please upload a copy of the final locked cut to the Exports folder within the title prep on Google Drive.
